CREAKY HANDLE

If your bat has a creaky, crackling or ticking sound coming from the handle you may think your handle is broken. Most times this might not be the case and it is probably the rubber and the cane starting to separate in the handle. The good news is that this can be fixed without replacing the handle. The process includes:

• Removing the grip and binding
• Examine the handle then re-glue and clamp
• Rebind the handle & apply a new grip
