Processing Times

To ensure the highest quality for our handcrafted products, processing times vary based on the item you order:

  • Cricket Bats: 1–3 weeks
  • Stumps: 1–2 weeks
  • All Other Products: 2–4 business days

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will notify you once it has shipped. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD.

Note: Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in your country. These are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical address.
