We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Note: Customised or personalised items, such as cricket bats modified to your specifications, are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@coopercricket.com.au or call 07 3267 0936 with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Pack & Ship: Safely pack the item and send it to the address provided. Ensure it’s shipped with tracking to avoid lost parcels.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For returns due to incorrect items or faults, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll dispatch the replacement item once the original item is returned and inspected.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products (e.g., bats modified to your specifications).
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

7. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Returns must follow the same process as domestic orders.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees paid during delivery are non-refundable.
