Due to the volume of repairs we receive, standard repair turnaround times can vary. While most repairs are typically completed within one to three weeks depending on the type of work required, completion dates cannot always be guaranteed and may be earlier or later depending on workload and time of year.

If you need your cricket bat repair completed sooner, we offer Jump the Queue. This service guarantees a faster turnaround by prioritising your bat ahead of standard repairs in our workshop. Jump the Queue does not change the repair itself, only the order in which it is completed.

Jump the Queue is commonly used when:
• You have an upcoming match and need your bat ready
• Your bat is damaged at training shortly before a game
• You are heading away on a cricket trip or tour
• You require a guaranteed turnaround within a specific timeframe
