Speaking with a bat maker
We operate as a working workshop, and our bat makers are often in the middle of production, repairs, or machine work.
Quick questions are always welcome. However, if you’re looking for detailed advice, a bat discussion, a fitting, or an extended chat, we ask that you book an appointment in advance.
This ensures we can give you proper time and attention without interrupting ongoing work.
Unscheduled walk-ins may be limited to brief conversations depending on workload.

If you’re visiting the workshop for a fitting, repair, or consultation, we recommend contacting us beforehand to ensure availability.
For warranty, returns, or repairs, please contact us before sending anything in. All items must be assessed prior to approval.
Final note
We’re a hands-on manufacturing business. Our priority is building and repairing bats properly, while still being approachable and helpful. Booking ahead helps us do both.
