At Cooper Cricket, we meticulously craft your bat to meet all your specific needs and preferences. While we would love for our bats to last a lifetime, we understand that cricket bats aren’t indestructible. With the increased use of artificial balls and the modern demand for big bats with large middles, big edges, and light weights, the cricket willow used today is drier than ever before. This drying process, necessary to meet these demands, means that bats, if not maintained properly, may break or get damaged more often.

Rest assured, if anything goes wrong, we are here to help. We don't hide behind policies or run from problems. Our product warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, offering repair or replacement for any manufacturing faults within the warranty period. Below is a summary of what is covered under warranty, along with the relevant time frames.

Cricket Bats

• Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: If your bat sustains damage within this period, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. If deemed a manufacturing fault, we will first attempt to repair the bat; if repair is not possible, we will replace it.
• Exclusions:
  • Damage from Yorkers
  • Damage from bowling machine balls
  • Damage from cheap, hard, low-quality balls
  • Improper use

Handle Replacements

• Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of replacement.

Broken Toes

• Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of repair.
