Each bat begins with premium willow grown in England, which is then shaped, pressed and finished in our Brisbane workshop by master craftsman Rod Grey and our dedicated team.

Our skilled team also offers cricket bat repair and refurbishment services, including handle replacements, re-weighting, refurbishments, and seasonal maintenance, so you can get the best from your bat season after season.

Josh started with Cooper Cricket as an apprentice bat-maker. These days he is a professional international cricketer and part-time bat maker. We love cheering for Josh when he's in the middle, and love it even more when he joins us in the workshop.

What bat does Josh Brown use?
Josh uses the Bison Cricket bat. His specifications are:
- Weight - 2.9lbs to 2.10lbs or 1165 to 1190 grams finished
- Handle - Thin oval
- Size - Short handle or SH
- Stickers - Red and Black Bison
- Toe - Round
- Grade - Players
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on what you have ordered and where they are being sent but here goes:
- Custom cricket bats - 2-3 weeks plus postage
- Ready made cricket bats - 2-4 days plus postage. If we are knocking in or adding hard toe - 5-7 days plus postage.
- Gloves and pads - 2-4 days plus postage
- In stock bags - 2-4 days plus postage
- Custom bags - 12-16 weeks
- Clothing - T-shirts and jumpers/hoodies can take up 2 weeks plus postage. Off field apparel - 2 days plus postage
What is the warranty on cricket bats?
Our cricket bats come with a 12 month warranty with an additional 12 months warranty avaiable for an extra cost.
