At Cooper Cricket, we don’t just prepare your bat – we perfect it. Our specialised knocking-in process ensures your bat is ready to perform at its peak when you step onto the field.

Each bat is carefully assessed based on its unique grain structure and grade, allowing us to customise the process for optimal results. We start by applying a coat of oil to nourish and protect the willow, then proceed with a meticulous combination of machine and hand knocking to compress the fibres and enhance durability.

For added durability, we offer four levels of face protection:

• Clearguard
• Clearguard with Fibre Edge
• Fibreguard
• Bat Armour with Fibre Edge

To further safeguard your bat, we also offer toe protection. You can choose either Shoe Goo or our durable Hard Toe option.

Please note: If your current bat already has face protection applied, we will need to carefully remove it prior to knocking it in, ensuring the process is thorough and effective.
