Are you passionate about cricket and ready to kickstart your career in retail? Cooper Cricket is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Trainee!

This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leading cricket brand, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills in a fun and dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As a Retail Trainee, you’ll be the friendly face of Cooper Cricket, helping our customers find exactly what they need to up their game. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting customers in-store with a welcoming attitude and expert advice.
• Answering phone enquiries and offering exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional retail space.
• Packing and dispatching online orders.
• Using our Shopify platform for retail point-of-sale (POS) and back-of-house order fulfilment.

Who We’re Looking For:
We want someone who:

• Has a passion for cricket (bonus points if you’ve got prior knowledge of the game!).
• Is confident chatting with customers and answering phone calls.
• Has great attention to detail and thrives in a clean, organised workspace.
• Is eager to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to our team.
• Can pick up technology quickly, including Shopify and POS systems (training provided).
