With our fully equipped workshop in Brisbane, and a team of skilled craftsmen at the ready, our 7 day turnaround guarantee applies to:

The turnaround time is from when the cricket bat is phyiscally in our workshop at 1 Axford Street Northgate, so if you are freighting your bat to us, please allow additional time for the transport to us, as well as the transport back to you.
The 7 days refers to 7 business days after you have dropped off the bat. For example, if a bat arrives at our workshop on a Monday, the repair will be completed by the following Wednesday.
If we are freighting your bat to you, it will leave our workshop by the 7th business day.
If we can't meet the 7 day turnaround, we will repair your bat for free.
Excluded from the 7 day guarentee are vintage bat refurbishments.
