Cricket bat toe repair - major
Major toe repair can consist of the corners of the bat cracking backwards from impact or severe splitting from the toe down the back, front or edge of the bat. It can even be totally broken away from the bat!
The process can consist of gluing & clamping or grafting new bits of willow to the bat to replace the damaged part. Either way, we'll sort it out. We also usually have to sand the face of the bat so the removal of extratec/clearguard will usually happen.
If you are unsure, email us or click the chat button in the bottom right-hand corner & send an image of the bat & we'll come back to you to confirm which repair is right for you.
If you are outside of Brisbane & can't make it into the workshop, please send your bat to: Cooper Cricket - Unit 19/11 Buchanan Road, Banyo, Qld, 4014.
