Players grade English willow is the best looking and best performing willow we can get. Very minimal blemishes on the blade, predominately white willow sometimes with a hint of heart wood running down one side and pressed for maximum performance. With a minimum of eight grains running across the face, we use lowest density willow that we can so we can craft a very full bat with maximum profile whilst keeping the weight and pick up as light as possible.

GRADE ONE
Grade one English willow mixes outstanding looks with fantastic performance. Minor blemishes on the blade, a mix of white & heartwood on the blade and pressed for great performance and life. With a minimum of six grains running across the face, we use low to mid density willow enable us to make the fullest profile whilst keeping the weight and pickup as balanced as possible.
GRADE TWO
Grade two English willow is an outstanding performer at a great price point. You will find that there are imperfections in the way the willow looks however they are only ever a visual blemish. There will be a mix of white & heartwood on the blade and are pressed for great performance and life. With a minimum of 4 grains running across the face, we use mid density willow enable us to make the fullest profile we can whilst keeping the weight and pickup as balanced as possible.
BUTTERFLY
Butterfly English willow is an exceptional performer at an amazing price point. If you can get past the visual imperfections of butterfly willow you will find that the perfomance is up there with grade one and players grade English willow. The clefts are predominately heartwood with a mix of white willow and are pressed for maximum performance and life. With a minimum of 4 grains running across the face they are generally higher in density. This does make it harder when trying to make full size bats under 2.7lbs.
