When you visit the workshop you have the luxury to test out the different shapes that we offer to see what's right for you. You also get to look at the willow that we have in stock and choose the one that will work for you based on our recommendations.

When you order online you get to do it from the luxury of you home. You can rely on our expert opinion and information to guide you along the process to choose the right bat for you. You will also go through the Cooper Customiser to select all of the features in 3D for your cricket bat including the stickers!

Each custom cricket bat is ready to play once it leaves our workshop.

Each custom cricket bat comes with a 12 month warranty from manufacturing faults. What does this mean?

Within the first 12 months is the handle breaks, bat snaps in half, shoulders crack. We will fix or replace at no charge.

The warranty doesn't cover:

Damage from yorkers - Unfortunately if you cop a nasty one from a yorker, it is hitting the most vulerable area of the bat and sometimes causes uncontrolable damage.

Damage from use against bowling machine balls - Excessive use of bowling machine balls can have a detrimental effect on your cricket bat. Our recommendatio is to get a lower grade duplicate made of your bat to use in practice seesions against bowling machines ad save your good bat for the matches or real cricket ball training.

If damage occurs from these things, please bring or send your bat bat and we will do what we can to make it right

When shipping your bat to you, we use a freight broker called Interparcel and Australia Post.

Through Interparcel, we have access to a variety of freight providers including Startrack, Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express and Hunter Express.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification along with tracking that will link you to our tracking page so you can keep up to date.
